Located on Pico Boulevard just West of La Brea Avenue, it is less than a block from Venice and San Vicente Boulevards, and just a few blocks from the 10 Freeway. The stage measures approximately 3,400 sq. ft., has 20' ceilings and a sprung wood floor covered in Masonite, making it ideal for dancers and music video productions. It also has its own loading dock directly into the studio, its own restrooms and storage rooms immediately adjacent to the stage, and an independent air conditioning and heating system. An 1800 AMP switch is available for your power requirements.
